Scholarship Program Guidelines:
Our Vision
Our founder's vision is to assist less privileged students to attend school and complete their education. We believe that education is the key to unlocking the potential of our children and empowering them to succeed in life.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:
- Be a current JHS student
- Demonstrate financial need
- Be unable to afford the cost of education
- Be at risk of entering into teenage marriage or pregnancy, and drug smoker.
- Show a strong commitment to their studies and community service
Scholarship Details
- Number of scholarships: [10]
- Scholarship amount: This depend on the school fees and others; which will be paid by our staff.
- Duration: Three years (From JHS 1 to JHS 3).
Application Requirements
To apply for this scholarship, applicants must submit the following:
- Register and visit our office of operation before the closing date of November 2024
- Completed application form and attach all required documents
- Official transcript
- Letter of recommendation from a teacher or school administrator
- Personal statement (500 words maximum)
- Proof of financial need (e.g. family income statement)
Selection Criteria
Applicants will be selected based on the following criteria:
- Academic achievement
- Financial need
- Community service and extracurricular activities
- Personal statement and letter of recommendation
Scholarship Details
- The scholarship will cover the cost of education for ten students to complete their Junior High School education
- The scholarship will be awarded for three years with the possibility of extension to Senior High School if funds are available
